The
ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to Facilities systems. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.
Hours: Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekend work required
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore MD
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. AA degree preferred.
- 15 years of related work experience.
- Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal, and regulatory stipulations and codes:

Salary Range: Minimum 34.41/hour - Maximum 56.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
