What will you do?

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting daily shipping and staging activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of both domestic and international shipments. This role plays a key part in meeting operational targets, maintaining shipment accuracy, and supporting overall logistics performance. The position requires strong SAP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.
  • Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage daily shipping and staging activities to ensure accuracy and ontime delivery.
  • Utilize SAP to perform shipping transactions and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Ensure all shipping processes are completed in alignment with established procedures and standards.
  • Meet daily operational targets and support overall shipping performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure shipment accuracy.
  • Provide backup support to team members and contribute to cross-functional coverage as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in team activities, promoting open communication, collaboration, and respect.
  • Support cross-training initiatives and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Perform physical tasks associated with shipping operations, including standing, walking, and lifting materials as required.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Equivalent hands-on experience in shipping or warehouse operations may be considered.
  • Experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and shipping-related transactions.
  • Understanding of shipping and staging processes, including international shipment handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 77,000 CAD - $ 95,000.00 CAD, excluding benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.
