Fort Worth, TX, is growing and looking to add an
Engineering Change Coordinator (ECC) to their team. The Engineering Change Coordinator will support our team and internal customers, deliver exceptional results while being efficient.
You will make an impact by: - Control and manage the implementation of Internal and External Change Requests at the factory level.
- Fully own the Engineering Change Process; initial notifications, systematic processing of changes, managing timelines, lead meetings, comprehensive documentation of changes, frequent follow-ups, KPI, and daily dashboard maintenance.
- Responsible for communicating engineering changes to suppliers, providing support and clarification for any supplier inquiries, and maintaining an up-to-date supplier collaboration and document-sharing site.
- Read, interpret, and validate Electrical and Mechanical BOMs for switchboards.
- Understand where each component is used within the switchboard structure and assembly process
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to communicate changes affecting product.
- Own and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all COMPAS and Team Center related tasks and systematic processes.
- Demonstrate initiative when troubleshooting COMPAS and/or Team Center issues, leading meetings, and dashboard/data source issues.
- Demonstrate ability to lead meetings, drive conflicts to resolution, and implement Root-Cause-Analysis techniques when processing design change requests.
- Optimize information workflow from external customers to all functions across factory.
- Train peers as appropriate.
- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing rework, shortages, and assembly delays
- Foster and maintain a positive customer centric environment.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry and customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to identify a problem, isolate cause and drive resolution.
- Demonstrated logical and efficient reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: - SAP system knowledge/experience
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently convey information to different audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
