Qualifications- Kubernetes & OpenShift Experience - Hands-on experience with container platforms; OpenShift preferred.
- Database Support - Experience administering MongoDB or PostgreSQL in Kubernetes environments.
- Linux Proficiency - Solid understanding of Linux OS and system administration.
- CI/CD Tooling Knowledge - Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh, and Git-based workflows.
- Infrastructure as Code - Exposure to Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Monitoring & Observability - Experience with Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.
- Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to diagnose distributed systems with guidance.
- Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal collaboration abilities.
- Continuous Learning - Motivation to expand technical skills and adopt new technologies.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $94,500.00 to $188,125.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Key Responsibilities- GitHub Enterprise Administration - Manage repositories, access controls, branch policies, and org-level configurations.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development - Support GitHub Actions and Codefresh pipelines across multiple environments.
- Artifactory Operations - Oversee repository structure, artifact promotion, cleanup policies, access, and pipeline integrations.
- GitOps with ArgoCD - Build and maintain application definitions, sync policies, and environment-specific configurations.
- Shared Platform Support - Ensure reliability of GitHub, Artifactory, ArgoCD, and Codefresh for internal teams.
- Toolchain & System Integration - Validate new pipeline configurations and integrations for compatibility.
- Incident Response - Troubleshoot CI/CD and developer tooling issues using established procedures.
- Technical Documentation - Maintain clear documentation for pipelines, GitOps patterns, and platform operations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner with senior engineers and application teams to deliver platform solutions.
- On-Call Participation - Join scheduled rotations and maintenance windows.
- Agile Team Engagement - Participate in stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
- AI-Assisted Engineering - Use approved AI tools to enhance automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
