Perform engineering duties in planning & designing the manufacturing, installation, & operation of industrial refrigeration systems under a Professional Engineer's guidance. Collaborate with engineers, sales, & production teams to implement systems per customer requirements. Lead field technicians with the Service Manager's support & coordinate with office staff to set up client work orders. Develop small project scopes by gathering & analyzing field data. Mentor apprentices, review service tickets for payroll & billing, & work with the Service Department to manage workloads, schedule manpower, & ensure profitability. Follow up on leads from field & service technicians & project managers. Provide equipment schedules detailing system performance & requirements, create technical drawings for safe wiring, & produce installation specifications. Interpret blueprints to assess system needs, perform heat gain calculations, estimate production costs, & manage equipment orders & schedules. Uphold company values.
