Wages

We are considering candidates for Engineer I, II, and III opportunities. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility, with an anticipated salary range of $74,000 to $140,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Our Engineers are responsible for the successful engineering and project management of customer purchase order contracts, from initial planning through project completion. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining approved expense and profit budgets, coordinating project schedules, and helping ensure customer commitments are completed accurately and on time.

 

Engineers may also troubleshoot, test, inspect, and support the repair of complex electrical power distribution systems, including relay calibration and power metering, in accordance with established procedures and technical guidelines. Responsibilities may include operating specialized test equipment, coordinating electrical system operations, analyzing technical issues, and working closely with customers, sales, service, and other internal teams.

Successful candidates will be organized, technically capable, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications

Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME and four years99 experience or graduate of applicable Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent and eight years minimum same or similar work experience or high school education or equivalent and eight years minimum same or similar work experience.

Strong background and experience in most types of switchgear testing through the 230 kV class. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as OSHA and NFPA.

 

Certificates, Licenses, RegisterationsValid California driver99s license with acceptable driving record. Valid international passport or the ability to obtain one.
