Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field; relevant experience may substitute education.
• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's or 2+ years with a master's; progressive engineering experience required.
• Expertise in managing large data sets effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Team player with potential leadership qualities; ability to work under general supervision.
• Must obtain and maintain a US DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with composite structures focused on low observable materials is preferred.
• Proven experience integrating low observable systems into aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Survivability Engineering team on aircraft design and validation.
• Interpret and communicate dB rollup and budget tree structures effectively.
• Determine RCS allocations for features and components across various teams.
• Utilize MATLAB and Microsoft tools to manipulate data and generate reports.
• Maintain and update rollup database of scattering sources based on new test results.
• Implement tracking tools for air vehicle system performance over time.
• Present performance evaluations and impacts of various features to stakeholders.
• Identify improvement areas for signatures by analyzing rollup vs. budget allocation.
