Are you a civil engineer passionate about protecting communities, managing stormwater, and designing resilient infrastructure? The Town of Johnstown is seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking Engineer II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the Town's stormwater infrastructure, reviewing site plans, and implementing sustainable drainage solutions that safeguard our environment and neighborhoods.

The Engineer II will perform engineering work and project management involving coordination and management of engineering projects and planning components of the Town's infrastructure, including reviewing submittals for development projects. Assignments are general and of a continuing nature. This position will focus on storm drainage development review and capital improvement project management.

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in storm drainage or water quality with varied civil engineering design and construction project experience
• PE certification with the State of Colorado
• ASFPM certification

Expected hiring range: $99,171 - $120,000, DOE
