Working closely with business partners, analysts, and fellow developers, you'll contribute to the development of scalable software solutions while supporting and enhancing existing systems.

What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business partners and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern development frameworks and technologies.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, estimates, and implementation plans.
- Participate in Agile development activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

Position RequirementsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Java development experience.
- Experience developing and supporting web-based applications.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with one or more of the following:
- React, JavaScript, jQuery, Thymeleaf, or Unqork
- MongoDB, Oracle Database, or Kafka
- JUnit, Selenium, or SoapUI
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, or Agile methodologies
- Microservices architecture and Spring Batch
