Job DescriptionThe Engineer II will perform engineering review and analysis assignments involving smaller, less complex projects under minimal supervision of an experienced engineer or engineering manager. These projects require the ability to apply conventional knowledge in a particular field of engineering and demonstrate the ability to gain, retain and illustrate comprehension of additional knowledge shared by more senior engineers on a project team.
What You Will Do:- Performs engineering review and analysis assignments under minimal supervision of an experienced engineer or engineering manager
- Applies conventional knowledge in a particular field of engineering.
- Review project plans to understand the scope, schedule and assigned work.
- Identifying and quantifying overpressure scenario relief rate requirements and evaluating relief systems capacities.
- Verifying the adequacy of relief/flare system design and installation.
- Prepare written documents, reports and presentations for review by an experienced engineer or engineering manager.
- Develop understanding of the technical requirements and challenges and provide suggested opportunities of the business to formulate opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day job tasks.
- Participate in client and team meetings.
- Track and accurately report hours spent on projects
- Work with individuals at all levels, provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands.
Perform quality assurance on project deliverables.
What You Will Need:Education and Experience
- B.S. degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

- US Citizenship required for roles supporting government contracts
Salary: $90,000 - $102,000
It Would Be Nice If You Had
Professional or chartered engineer license.
Reporting Relationships:Reports to a manager, director, or executive level position.
