Role ID - C004837 Role Duties and Responsibilities • Administer COI/FAS systems, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance with Service Level Agreements; • Configure, maintain, and optimize Windows/Linux servers, databases (SQL/Oracle), and supporting enterprise services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, ADFS); • Provide technical guidance and ensuring interoperability for FAS and C2 systems; • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, and database incidents in a timely manner; • Support execution of NATO exercises by implementing and adapting system configurations; • Automate administrative and operational tasks using scripting tools to improve efficiency; • Perform system maintenance, updates, and security hardening, including vulnerability identification and mitigation; • Provide technical support to end-users and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple domains; • Document configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
