Primary Function
Under general direction, performs professional engineering work related to the district's electrical substations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a major in electrical engineering or related field; or Associate's degree with a major in electrical engineering and four years of substation design experience and Engineering-In-Training Certificate is required.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/Testing

A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
