About the Role

As an Engagement Manager at Axuall, you will play a key role in leading customer implementations and ensuring healthcare organizations successfully realize the value of their investment in Axuall's solutions. This role is responsible for establishing implementation strategy, leading customer engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful solution delivery while aligning customer objectives with measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer engagements are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are met, and organizations are prepared for long-term success. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, strategic thinker, and operational leader who excels at aligning stakeholders, managing complex customer engagements, and delivering successful customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

We are looking for someone who thrives in building trusted customer relationships, leading successful implementations, and helping healthcare organizations achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and establish implementation strategies, success criteria, and engagement plans that align customer objectives with successful business outcomes.
  • Build trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders to align expectations, facilitate decision-making, and support successful implementation outcomes.
  • Lead customer implementations with project management discipline coordinating stakeholders, facilitating governance, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate solution delivery by aligning customer requirements, implementation decisions, organizational readiness, timelines, milestones, dependencies, change management activities, and customer communications throughout the engagement.
  • Measure and communicate implementation success by monitoring progress against agreed-upon success criteria, communicating engagement health, and proactively managing implementation risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Deliver successful customer outcomes by leading post-go-live optimization projects and ensuring customers achieve their Implementation Success Plan.
  • Improve implementation methodologies, governance practices, and operational standards to increase delivery quality, consistency, and scalability.

What You'll Bring

Candidates for the Engagement Manager role must demonstrate experience leading complex customer implementations, managing cross-functional initiatives, and delivering successful business outcomes. Specific qualifications include:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, engagement management, enterprise software implementation, project/program management, or professional services, preferably within healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services engagements, preferably within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong implementation and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational stakeholders while successfully managing customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and influence decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Client Services teams to coordinate delivery and achieve successful customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer needs, prioritize competing demands, and drive execution.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, customer readiness, and user adoption initiatives during software implementations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, provider operations, healthcare IT, or healthcare regulatory environments is preferred.

Pay Transparency & Compensation

Base Salary Range (Good-Faith Estimate): $100,000 - $120,000
Employment Classification: Full Time
Additional Compensation: Discretionary annual bonus
Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly

The posted range represents Axuall's reasonable and good-faith estimate of the compensation the Company expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
