ACES is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer skilled in I&T / V&V to lead the planning an execution of I&T activities for the next generation of EW solutions. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded Systems Engineering background with a focus on RF / EW products to provide direct program support and manage employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work on-site due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on-site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education- BS degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Possess an active Secret security clearance (with ability to possess a Top Secret)
- Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations
- Demonstrated experience in RF test methods, systems, and equipment
Preferred Skills and Education- Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
- Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
- Possess an active Top Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in RF test methods, systems, and equipment
- Field or Flight Test experience
