BAE Systems is seeking an experienced systems engineer to lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers focused specifically on the environmental qualification testing (EQT) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) certification of Advanced Compact Electronic Solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the systems engineering content and work products associated with qualification, which includes developing the test requirements baseline, designing qualification strategies and procedures, and overseeing the integration and execution of environmental and EMI/EMC testing.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end qualification lifecycle, from the initial definition of the test plan through the analysis of test results and the final certification of the hardware. This role will also entail preparing and delivering high-impact technical presentations internally and for customer meetings to defend qualification strategies and report on program readiness.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems customer facility 100% of the time.

This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days. The posting will remain active until the position is filled, or a qualified pool of candidates is identified.
