Job Responsibilities
• Contribute to key decisions for the design & development of an embedded space payload
• Write software in C++ or C for a space application
• Collaborate across sites and across disciplines to bring this new capability to life
• Efficiently respond to developing requirements
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Skills and EducationRequired:
- An existing Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Payload development experience on a satellite program
- 6+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably with C++
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Preferred Skills and Education- Familiarity with the RF and software-defined radios
- SW Architecture experience
- Experience creating automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian tools
- Experience with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/)
