Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to support the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced RF and Microwave modules within our microelectronics factory. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on capability in a cleanroom/microelectronics environment, and a collaborative mindset that strengthens both engineering and technician teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support RF/Microwave module testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Interpret and analyze complex electrical and RF schematics, drawings, and documentation.
  • Perform hands-on work using microscopes, microelectronics tools, and specialized RF equipment.
  • Compile, analyze, and present data to engineering leadership, manufacturing leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, effective technical presentations.
  • Partner closely with the test technician team to train, mentor, and develop technical capability on the production floor.
  • Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with design engineering, process engineering, and production to ensure robust product performance and manufacturability.


Required Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong background in RF principles, microwave circuits, and module-level troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in a microelectronics or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics and RF test data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or train technical staff.
  • Hands-on experience with microscopes, microelectronics assembly/test tools, and RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.).
