BAE Systems is looking for an experienced EMI Engineer with a passion for engineering and the desire to be part of an innovative, dedicated team responsible for designing, developing, and testing of industry-leading navigation products.
The team is responsible for overseeing internal lab activities, coordinating new and existing EMI/EMC design efforts, mentoring Hardware Engineering Teams in EMI/EMC best practices and provides coordination for all EMI/EMC testing efforts. The EMI or RF engineering candidate will have experience with EMI testing, understanding of EMI/EMC best practices and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

- Understanding of MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704 test procedures and methods
