We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity for an Endpoint Engineer | Systems Administrator to provide expert-level support for endpoint delivery, application configuration, and desktop imaging within the DHA enterprise. This role ensures secure, policy-compliant endpoint operations in a complex hybrid infrastructure serving military healthcare facilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Support deployment and sustainment of MECM/Intune endpoint solutions.
- Manage OS image creation, patching, and software deployment processes.
- Enforce compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST standards.
- Support mobile device provisioning and secure configuration.
- Maintain application baselines and support application packaging needs.
- Provide Tier 3 support and assist with Zero Trust and RMF initiatives.
Preferred Tools & Technologies:- Microsoft Intune, MECM, MDT, PowerShell
- Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS
- Azure AD, Hyper-V, GPO
- ActivClient, DISA STIG Viewer, SCAP Checker
- Application packaging tools
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science (ABET or CAE accredited),
OR baseline IA certification (Security+ or SSCP). - AND one of the following Computing Environment (CE) certifications:
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or
- Microsoft Intune Administrator.
- Experience in desktop and endpoint engineering in hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of DoD security standards (STIGs, RMF).
- Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management solutions.
Education & Certifications- Required (Foundational - one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),
- OR baseline IA certification (Security+, SSCP).
- Required (CE - one of the following):
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102),
- OR Microsoft Intune Administrator.
