You will be supporting and provide invaluable support to the Congressional Budget office IT support- Sentry contract.
- Approximately eight years in IT, endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.
- At least six years of experience performing engineering rather than routine help-desk functions.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint-security, imaging, patching, configuration, and lifecycle-management capabilities.
- Develop secure Windows and macOS workstation images, including VDI and remote-access support.
- Administer Ivanti and KACE patching, deployment, and configuration-drift remediation.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and JAMF Pro.
- Implement endpoint-compliance policies and device-enrollment workflows.
- Support YubiKey, CAC, FIDO, and other passwordless or hardware-backed authentication.
- Integrate endpoint telemetry and logs with SIEM and EDR platforms.
- Develop forensic-artifact collection playbooks.
- Document findings-to-remediation and operational workflows.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or cybersecurity is preferred, although equivalent experience may be accepted.
