Full Job Description
Think Bank is looking for an Endpoint Administrator who is passionate about technology, security, and delivering a seamless end-user experience. In this role, you'll manage the deployment, maintenance, security, and lifecycle of endpoint devices across the organization. You'll partner with the technology team and vendors to ensure our workstations, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

This position is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys problem-solving, internal customer care, and making a direct impact on employee productivity and information security.

Additional Job Duties Include:
  • Manage, maintain, and patch endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, and other related hardware.
  • Manage and Maintain InTune and SCCM Packages and Policies for system deployment.
  • Maintain all workstation related Group Policy via Group Policy Manager along with InTune Policy.
  • Implement and maintain Critical Security Control across all workstations.
  • Plan and implement lifecycle management of endpoint software and hardware.
  • Build images and load operating system and additional software on new computers.
  • Track and verify license agreements for all endpoint systems.
  • Provide continuity and consistency around endpoint setup and practices.
  • Document endpoint processes to create consistency in troubleshooting and to provide a knowledge resource to the Help Desk staff.
  • Design and execute procedures to monitor and maintain all endpoint equipment to ensure the security and integrity of all customer and company information.
  • Identify areas that can be improved for the end user and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices related to Information Security.
  • Complete and review vulnerability scans to determine necessary security safeguards to be implemented and validate the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, technology, or related field
  • Three years' experience in any of the following:
    • Supporting Microsoft Windows operating system
    • Printers/scanner and other peripheral devices
    • Workstation security, configuration and management for Windows operations systems

Compensation: $95,910
