Full Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Brooklyn outpatient specialty practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals while providing exceptional care to patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.

We're looking for a motivated clinician who thrives in an outpatient setting, values teamwork, and is passionate about helping patients manage complex chronic conditions through evidence-based care.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and other hormonal conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs.
  • Order, interpret, and monitor laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic evaluations.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including insulin and other endocrine therapies.
  • Educate patients on disease management, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with physicians, diabetes educators, dietitians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For
  • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current national board certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of endocrinology experience required.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and chronic disease management skills.
  • Experience managing diabetes and other endocrine conditions.
