The Employee Relations & Performance Management team is building a modern, forward-looking function that enables consistent, principled, and effective execution across regions. Reporting to the Employee Relations & Performance Management leadership team and partnering closely with the VP of Talent & Development organization, you will turn strategy into repeatable practice by coordinating cross-functional projects, managing program implementation, and creating the resources and governance tools that support clarity, fairness, and consistency.

As the operational engine behind the evolution of traditional Employee Relations, you will help move the function from reactive case handling toward a proactive, insight-driven capability that supports a healthy, high-performing organization.

Where you come in:
  • You lead the documentation and continuous improvement of Employee Relations and Performance Management processes and practices, ensuring they remain current, clear, and consistently applied.
  • You standardize process artifacts and maintain a single source of truth for how the function operates across regions.
  • You coordinate cross-functional projects that support team scalability, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • You partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • You manage implementation activities for new programs, tools, and operational enhancements from planning through rollout and adoption.
  • You support change management and communications to enable smooth transitions and consistent adoption by managers and HR partners.
  • You develop and maintain playbooks, templates, toolkits, governance tools, and reference materials that strengthen manager and HR partner capability while supporting appropriate local application.
  • You track progress, risks, and outcomes for key initiatives, provide status updates, surface issues early, and help drive resolution to keep priorities on plan.

What makes you successful:
  • You have demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional projects and delivering programs, tools, or process improvements at scale.
  • You bring strong process design and documentation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, repeatable practices.
  • You have working knowledge of Employee Relations and/or Performance Management processes, including employment practices and compliance considerations.
  • You are highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across regions.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating playbooks, toolkits, and enablement resources.
  • You may bring a PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, or equivalent project or HR certification, which is a plus.

What you'll get:
  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
