Job Title: ERISA / Employee Benefits Attorney (5+ PQE)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Basic Salary + Bonus and Benefits

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced ERISA / Employee Benefits Attorney to join its growing practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a strong national platform with full remote flexibility, advising on sophisticated ERISA and employee benefits matters including retirement plans, fiduciary issues, compliance, executive compensation, and broader benefits work.

The firm is not seeking a significant portable book of business, though any client relationships or ongoing business development would be welcome. The practice is well-established with existing client demand and strong internal support for continued growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team on high-quality matters while contributing to the continued expansion of the ERISA and Employee Benefits practice.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' ERISA / Employee Benefits experience
  • Prior law firm experience required
  • Strong technical experience across ERISA, employee benefits, compliance, and related advisory work
  • Ability to independently manage complex client matters
