The emergency veterinarians at Guardian Veterinary are one of many forces that will bring calm to the storm, for those seeking our ER.

Guardian Veterinary is looking for someone that emits positive energy, conveys clear and concise messages in a friendly way, can think on one's feet, embodies the ability to be a calming force in a chaotic time, aptitude to follow the ebb and flow of the day and change course as necessary, while staying within the guidelines and demonstrates exceptional judgement.

Job Details:

  • Must have their own reliable transportation.
  • Compensation is commensurate to experience.
  • Open for FT, PT or PD/Relief.
  • Location is in Brewster, NY.


What you will bring to this role:

  • Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost.
  • The desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Ideally one-year Rotating Internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery, plus at least one to two years of emergency work.
  • Must to open to working day, overnight and swing shifts.
