Rounds occur daily, all of our doctors' support and consult on cases 3 Compensation Range- $175,000-250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications 3 DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school. 3 Valid veterinary license to practice in California. 3 Previous experience in emergency or critical care preferred but not required. 3 Strong communication skills and a commitment to client education. 3 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment.
