The Role:Join our team as an
Embedded Software Engineer developing firmware and software solutions for real-time embedded control systems. You'll work across the product lifecycle, from system and software design through testing and post-deployment support, with an emphasis on scalable architecture and code reuse across embedded platforms. Working alongside mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers, you'll help solve complex technical challenges and deliver reliable software for embedded products.
What You'll Be Doing:- Architect scalable software solutions that enable code sharing across embedded products and platforms.
- Design software modules for real-time embedded systems and contribute to system- and product-level design decisions.
- Develop low-level firmware for microcontrollers and peripheral devices.
- Optimize embedded code for performance, reliability, and efficient memory use.
- Partner with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers throughout development.
- Support software across the full product lifecycle, from initial design through deployment.
- Test and validate software using dedicated test setups and real hardware.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide post-deployment support in the field.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for resource-constrained embedded platforms.
- Hands-on development using bare-metal programming and/or Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Working understanding of hardware communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of core operating system concepts, including interrupts and threading.
What Sets You Apart:- Skill in reading and interpreting hardware specifications and schematics.
- Work with embedded microcontrollers and digital signal processors (DSPs).
- Understanding of CAN/CANopen communication protocols.
- Exposure to MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or similar engineering tools.
- Development experience using tools such as Git and Jira, or a multidisciplinary background in consumer electronics, medical devices, robotics, mechatronics, or aerospace.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary - $73,840 - $94,667 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
