- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications. Specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance
- Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors. Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts.
- Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
Qualifications:- Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
- Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows.
- Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
