Act 93 Administrator- Full-time 12 month position
Qualifications:- Master's Degree, Principal Certification
- 7-10 years of teaching preferred; 3-5 years of supervisory-related or administrative experience preferred
Additional Information:This Elementary Principal will serve as the instructional leader of an identified learning community. The principal will be responsible for developing and fostering a school climate and culture that is focused on student learning and growth in academic, social, and behavioral areas. The principal will be responsible for leading learning including overseeing the implementation of curricula and data analysis in an effort to improve school performance. Critical areas include leading data analysis, hiring, supervising and evaluating professional and support staff members, facilitating and overseeing the delivery of curriculum and instruction; acting as LEA in MDE, IEP, GIEP, and 504 meetings; maintaining a safe environment that is conducive to learning; providing vision, leadership and direction for the effective use of time, space and resources; promoting and modeling communication among constituencies; enforcing school board policies and guidelines; developing and managing a school budget. The Elementary Principal will contribute to and deliver professional development in accordance with school and district initiatives. The Elementary Principal will serve as a role model to the school community.

Salary commensurate with education and experience. Minimum starting salary $114,405.
