Lead Electronics Engineer: Power Avionics Sustainment and Missile Defense!
Are you a senior electronics engineer ready to lead critical technical projects that keep our aircraft flying and our missile systems ready? We are seeking a premier Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take on project execution and operational responsibility for Production Flight E.
In this senior technical role, you will be the organization's go-to authority for cutting-edge Automatic Test Stations (ATS) and Test Program Set (TPS) development. Your engineering expertise and project leadership will directly ensure uninterrupted avionics sustainment, enabling the Department of War to maintain its war-winning capabilities and technical dominance.
What You Will Accomplish:
- As a senior technical expert, you will apply your deep engineering knowledge to solve complex challenges and ensure program success. You will:
- Provide Elite Technical Leadership: Serve as the organization's technical expert for electronics engineering assignments, providing the project management and operational leadership necessary to guarantee program success.
- Guide Engineering Excellence: Oversee multiple phases of the engineering lifecycle, serving as a senior reviewer to guide, evaluate, and elevate the design and development activities of other engineers.
- Deliver Cutting-Edge Test Solutions: Spearhead the development of advanced Test Program Set (TPS) software and hardware, driving all phases of the TPS activation process for both newly developed and rehosted test solutions.
- Empower Avionics & Missile Repair: Deliver the critical Automatic Test Stations (ATS) that enable the rapid, efficient, and precise repair of advanced avionics and missile systems at the depot level.
- Sustain War-Winning Capabilities: Bolster our defense mission by ensuring effective, uninterrupted avionics sustainment, directly supporting the warfighter's daily readiness and long-term lethality.
Be the Backbone of Aviation Readiness. In modern warfare, an aircraft or missile system is only as capable as the technology used to test and repair it. By leading the development of these vital test sets, you ensure our platforms return to the fight faster, safer, and fully mission-capable.
If you are a professional electronics engineer who thrives on technical leadership, complex problem-solving, and wants your expertise to have a direct impact on national defense, I encourage you to apply. Join the team that keeps our warfighters equipped and victorious.
