Under the direct mentorship of a Senior Engineer, this fast-track developmental position is designed to transition you from a talented graduate into a high-level technical authority at the NH-03 target grade. You will receive world-class, hands-on training while directly contributing to the Department of War's critical defense missions.

What you will accomplish:

As a developmental engineer on our team, your daily focus will be on mastering your craft and taking on progressively challenging technical projects. You will:

- Accelerate Your Technical Growth: Complete a structured, formal Training and Development Plan, tackling engineering assignments that become increasingly complex and impactful as your skills advance.

- Learn from Senior Mentors: Work side-by-side with a Senior Engineer, receiving elite formal, informal, and hands-on, on-the-job training in advanced electronics engineering and system integration.

- Master Complex Systems: Apply your academic education to real-world defense programs, developing the agility to navigate complexity and drive technological change within the Air Force environment.

- Execute Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Transition into performing the full range of electronics engineering work, taking on increasing responsibility for hardware, software, and systems validation.

- Earn Non-Competitive Promotions: Move rapidly toward your target grade of NH-03 through a non-competitive promotion track, based on your demonstrated technical ability, training completion, and supervisory recommendation.

Launch Your Career on the Cutting Edge. Why settle for a routine entry-level engineering job when you can build the future of national defense? This developmental program offers structured mentorship, a clear path to high-level technical roles, and a direct way to support our warfighters.

If you are a driven engineer with a passion for innovation, a desire to make a real-world impact, and the ambition to grow into a senior technical expert, I highly encourage you to apply. Join the team that designs tomorrow's victory.
