Electronics Configuration & Programming Specialist to join our high-precision manufacturing team. In this operational role, you will be responsible for configuring, programming, and processing real-time and conventional electronic devices to exact customer specifications. Working within a lean, safety-focused environment, you will play a key part in maintaining exceptional product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Software Configuration & Programming: Deploy proprietary software to configure and program a wide range of real-time and conventional electronic devices per custom engineering specifications.
- Product Identification & Processing: Utilize barcode scanners and labeling systems to accurately track and verify inventory throughout the production cycle.
- Packaging & Logistics: Prepare finished devices for shipment, ensuring accurate generation and inclusion of all required technical and shipping documentation.
- Operational Collaboration: Communicate daily with production leads, supervisors, and department managers to ensure seamless workflow and meet output targets.
- Quality & Workplace Standards: Conduct thorough line clearances upon order completion and actively maintain an organized 5S work area.
Basic Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics programming, assembly, or manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications - Associate degree
- Work within a Lean Manufacturing environment and 5S methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Employee Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
- Familiarity with hazardous goods handling.

Pay RangeThe expected base salary range for this role is between $56,500.00 CAD - $106,500.00 CAD annually. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant's geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the province in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other CompensationThis role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
