About the Job

About the Position:

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Test Engineer to own validation strategy, requirements, manufacturing test systems, calibration, and test projects. This position will work with the engineering and manufacturing teams and be specifically focused on test strategy, validation, and production test systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power electronics and test engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality test solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define test strategy for engineering validation, manufacturing, and calibration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Experience with power electronics, embedded systems, and analog/digital electronics.
  • Proficiency with instrumentation, environmental testing, and calibration systems.
  • Working knowledge of Python, LabVIEW, and TestStand.
  • Experience with SQL, Git, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated technical project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.


Preferred Experience:

  • EMC familiarity and experience with environmental qualification testing.
  • Experience with vendor management and manufacturing support.
  • Knowledge of risk management and requirements development.
  • Experience specifying and integrating automated test equipment.
