PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Electrical Superintendent is a pivotal leader in the execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with Worley's purpose of delivering sustainable change. Based on-site, this role provides leadership across construction supervision, field administration, procurement, and engineering. The Superintendent ensures that projects are delivered efficiently, adhere to safety and environmental standards, and contribute to Worley's sustainability objectives while meeting customer and societal energy needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets.


  • Oversee and coordinate field administration, procurement, and engineering functions to ensure seamless project execution aligned with Worley's sustainability goals.


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.


  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
