BE THE SALES COACH FOR OUR ELECTRICAL TEAM!

Love helping people win? We're looking for an Electrical Sales Coach to work side-by-side with our electrical technicians, helping them deliver exceptional customer experiences while growing their confidence, communication skills, and sales performance.
In This Role, You'll:
  • Coach technicians in real time during customer interactions (all B2C).
  • Help teams present options clearly and confidently.
  • Support technicians with lead qualification and closing strategies.
  • Jump into virtual appointments for larger opportunities when needed.
  • Conduct occasional field ride-alongs to provide hands-on coaching.
  • Track performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be a trusted resource, mentor, and performance partner for the field.
Requirements

  • Experienced in residential electrical code is required.
