Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Proven ability to lead and manage small teams
• Strong negotiation skills for project contracts
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and reports
• Expertise in project management software including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by providing regular project status updates
• Manage budget reports, cost projections, and change orders effectively
• Participate in internal project meetings to ensure alignment among departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and timelines are met
• Create detailed budget analysis reports as needed
• Delegate tasks and mentor Project Engineers for skill development
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members
