Full Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial electrical construction projects in the Louisville, KY area.

This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical construction experience who can manage projects from planning through completion, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, track budgets and schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

The right candidate will be comfortable managing electrical work across industrial facilities, automotive environments, commercial buildings, service work, repairs, and ongoing maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage industrial and commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, contracts, schedules, and project requirements
  • Track project budgets, labor, materials, change orders, billing, and cost updates
  • Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, documentation, and closeout
  • Communicate regularly with clients, field leadership, vendors, inspectors, and company leadership
  • Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project delays, material issues, labor concerns, and field conflicts
  • Maintain organized project records, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and communication logs
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with company standards and electrical construction best practices

Requirements
  • 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred
  • Experience with industrial, commercial, automotive, manufacturing, or facility-related electrical projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction workflows, field coordination, labor planning, and project documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and schedules
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and project costs
  • Strong communication skills with clients, field teams, vendors, inspectors, and internal leadership
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects moving without constant supervision
  • Comfortable working in both office and field/jobsite environments
  • Local to the Louisville, KY area or able to reliably commute to project sites
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
