Join our Denver branch and become an employee of a nationally recognized Top Workplace! We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position would be focused on commercial and healthcare projects for the Western Region.

Responsibilities:
This is an on-site position
  • Lead project teams with clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations
  • Manage all project phases from conception through warranty with seamless transitions
  • Implement integrated documentation systems that mitigate risk and enhance performance
  • Review, negotiate and manage contracts with thorough risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Leverage submittal and RFI processes to enhance project quality, control, and costs
  • Make strategic procurement decisions balancing cost, quality, and schedule impacts
  • Manage project budgets with proactive monitoring and early corrective actions
  • Implement efficient billing processes that optimize cash flow and minimize disputes
  • Create, manage and analyze comprehensive schedules with effective recovery strategies when needed
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts
  • Implement targeted risk strategies that effectively mitigate specific project risks
  • Manage client relationships to achieve high satisfaction and balance project constraints
  • Implement proactive quality systems that prevent defects and maintain consistent standards
  • Foster genuine safety culture exceeding compliance requirements with preventative measures and enforcement
