Responsibilities:This is an on-site position
- Lead project teams with clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations
- Manage all project phases from conception through warranty with seamless transitions
- Implement integrated documentation systems that mitigate risk and enhance performance
- Review, negotiate and manage contracts with thorough risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Leverage submittal and RFI processes to enhance project quality, control, and costs
- Make strategic procurement decisions balancing cost, quality, and schedule impacts
- Manage project budgets with proactive monitoring and early corrective actions
- Implement efficient billing processes that optimize cash flow and minimize disputes
- Create, manage and analyze comprehensive schedules with effective recovery strategies when needed
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in project management
- Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity

- Proven ability to build and lead effective project teams
