You excel at translating project designs into actionable plans for the field and managing relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. If you are a collaborative problem-solver who values safety, accuracy, and schedule above all else, and you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of mid-sized industrial electrical scopes, you'll fit right in. Necessary Qualifications: • Experience: 3-7 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Manager experience within the electrical subcontracting space. Exposure to industrial electrical or commercial design-build projects is highly valued. • Technical Knowledge: solid foundational understanding of medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work, power distribution equipment, and construction blueprints. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related business field is preferred, or equivalent hands-on trade experience. • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency with modern construction management tools; day-to-day experience using Procore and Bluebeam is required. • Skills & Approach: Highly organized with a structured work style, clear communication skills, and a practical, hands-on approach to keeping projects moving efficiently. • Travel & Location: Ability to travel as needed to support nationwide job sites during key project phases. What We Can Offer You: We are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work. Our compensation and benefits package not only supports our associates and their families but benefits local communities and communities around the world. • Industry-leading performance-based bonus program • Traditional and Roth 401(k) • Tuition reimbursement for associates • Scholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child • 1-week paid volunteer leave each year • 100% charitable match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • Paid parental leave
