Full Job Description
Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Foreman to work on their infrastructure projects. These projects include railways, airports, highways and utilities.

This is a full-time, direct hire position working on projects in the DMV area.

Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $60-$70/hr
  • Background check, drug screen, and MVR required

Electrical Foreman Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all phases of electrical construction and installation activities on transportation and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners/clients to schedule work.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
  • Ensure all materials, equipment, tools, and manpower are available to support project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all document control procedures are followed.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress to meet budget and schedule goals.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues as they arise.
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Electrical Foreman Qualifications
  • Must be willing to join the union
  • 3+ years of electrical supervisor experience
  • 7+ years of electrical experience
  • Electrical license
  • Wastewater treatment plant experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
