Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Foreman to work on their infrastructure projects. These projects include railways, airports, highways and utilities.This is a full-time, direct hire position working on projects in the DMV area.Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $60-$70/hr

Electrical Foreman Key Responsibilities- Supervise all phases of electrical construction and installation activities on transportation and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners/clients to schedule work.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, tools, and manpower are available to support project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all document control procedures are followed.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress to meet budget and schedule goals.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Electrical Foreman Qualifications- Must be willing to join the union
- 3+ years of electrical supervisor experience
- 7+ years of electrical experience
- Electrical license
- Wastewater treatment plant experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
