Job SummaryThe Electrical Engineer is responsible for engineering, designing, and troubleshooting the Electrical portion of a Bulk Palletizer, Depalletizer and associated conveyor systems. This position will ensure that the design criteria meet the objectives which relate to quality, cost, manufacturing, service, and schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Produce error free, cost effective drawings and documents to include:
- Electrical assemblies
- Bills of Materials
- Meet timelines given for assignments.
- Generate detailed ECN's as required.
- Assist project engineers in design and detailing portions of projects.
- Provide Electrical Engineering Manager with a weekly status update.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities, as required.
Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision. standard practices or procedures allow me to proceed alone at routine work. occasional check of work while in progress. work is reviewed upon completion.

Education and ExperienceOne-year certificate from college or technical school. or three to six months related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer SkillsDemonstrated use of intermediate computer operations (basic programming in 3rd and 4th generation languages, relational databases, and operating systems) and intermediate software packages, (word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.)
