Job SummaryApplies standard engineering techniques (Good Design Practices) and procedures to the design, development, and enhancement of new and currently marketed medical devices, including external defibrillators, external pacemakers, and monitors. Designs, tests, and documents new circuitry as well as modifies existing circuitry in systems and subsystems, including those related to analog, digital, power supply, isolation, and high voltage functionality. Works closely with other electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to design, develop, and support complete systems and subsystems. Works with outside vendors and contractors as required to accomplish tasks. Support Manufacturing and Quality Assurance groups as required to debug or improve existing designs.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience- BSEE degree or equivalent
required - 3+ years or master's degree required and
- 1+ years of electrical engineering required and
- Product design experience required and
- Experience in medical or other highly regulated industry is strongly desired
required and - Experience with electrical engineering test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.

The annual salary for this position is:
$81,200.00 to $100,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
