JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:- Support engineering project leads and electrical team leads in developing subsystem and component designs that meet customer requirements.
- Contribute to the design, detailing, and release of standby power solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work in a fast-paced engineering environment with challenging design projects and aggressive timelines.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership and higher-level management through project execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional engineering teams to deliver project objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, detail, and release standby power solutions using Creo from concept through commissioning.
- Support purchasing, manufacturing builds, and product implementation activities.
- Collaborate daily with both local and global engineering teams.
- Work within a team of 7 engineers (4 local, 3 remote/global team members).
- Receive project direction from Electrical Team Leads and provide regular project status updates.
- Primarily an office-based role with occasional shop-floor investigations requiring appropriate PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety equipment).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics, CS or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience

- Basic AutoCAD proficiency
- Teamcenter experience
- 480V and 208/120V AC Power System Design
- Power Distribution Systems
- DC System Design
DESIRED SKILLS:- Creo Cabling

- TCP/IP Networking Knowledge
- J1939 and RS-485 Communication Protocols Knowledge
