Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in EHSS or safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to implement and track corrective actions effectively.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) and high-hazard operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Response programs as the Site Security Officer.
• Promote an EHSS culture through coaching and engagement on best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHSS policies and training programs for compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and internal EHSS requirements.
• Conduct and facilitate incident investigations with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Perform risk assessments and audits to identify gaps and enhance safety performance.
• Communicate and track findings from audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
