Our Team, Your Impact

The EHS&S Project Manager provides high-level executive and operational support to Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability leadership while coordinating selected cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trusted with confidential information, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Provide daily executive support to EHS&S leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and action trackers for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate communications with internal teams, external partners, and site stakeholders on behalf of the EHS&S function.
  • Maintain organized records, files, policies, procedures, training documentation, and compliance materials.
  • Support reporting by compiling data, formatting reports, and preparing dashboards, leadership updates, and routine status summaries.
  • Assist with budgeting, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, contract administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Schedule and support audits, inspections, training sessions, workshops, and team events, ensuring logistics are accurate and timely.
  • Track deadlines, recurring deliverables, regulatory submissions, and department milestones to support timely completion.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Improve processes to strengthen efficiency, organization, and responsiveness across the EHS&S team.

Project Management
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of EHS&S projects, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, meeting schedules, and status reports for assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate follow-up with operations, facilities, human resources, procurement, and other cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and open items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Help advance assigned workstreams related to compliance, training, sustainability, process improvement, or operational readiness.
  • Document lessons learned, standardize project tools, and improve project execution practices across the function.

Management Systems Support and Coordination
  • Support day-to-day coordination of EHS&S management systems, including document control, workflows, user access, and system updates.
  • Maintain procedures, forms, registers, training records, corrective actions, and other system documentation to support compliance and operational consistency.
  • Coordinate with site teams and functional stakeholders to track system tasks, close gaps, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Assist with management system reviews, audits, inspections, and readiness activities by gathering evidence, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability, reporting, data quality, and standard work across the EHS&S function.


Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental health and safety, sustainability, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive administration, department coordination, project coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.


Also Good to Have

  • Experience working in EHS, ESG, sustainability, manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation, audit support, training records, or safety and environmental management systems.
  • Project management training, certification, or demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking metrics, and supporting leadership reporting.
  • Ability to support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
