About the Job

Job Summary:

The EHS professional will support customer's scope of work across multiple phases of a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture on-site. This role will focus on hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement throughout all project stages.

Scope of Work:

The EHS resource will support the following project activities:

  • Base build construction.
  • Cleanroom construction.
  • Cleanroom-related systems installation.
  • Commissioning activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
  • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.


Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years on Construction Safety Experience.
  • Experience in cleanroom, microchip or semiconductor preferred.
