Job Summary
Responsible for advanced configuration, optimization, and support of clinical applications within the enterprise EHR. Provides subject matter expertise in system design, workflow integration, and troubleshooting complex issues. Ensures alignment with regulatory standards and organizational requirements while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to improvements in system performance and user adoption.
Essential Functions
• Performs advanced design, configuration, and optimization of clinical application workflows.
• Provides subject matter expertise in application build and workflow integration.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues, conducting root cause analysis and solution design.
• Develops and executes test plans for integrated and regression testing.
• Collaborates with clinicians, governance groups, and IT teams to align enhancements with requirements.
• Maintains detailed documentation of workflows, build standards, and testing results.
• Monitors application performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentors junior and intermediate analysts in technical skills and best practices.
• Coordinates with vendors to support upgrades, releases, and integrations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
