Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in oil and gas permitting and compliance roles.
• Experience specifically within the Colorado oil and gas regulatory framework is required.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards pertinent to the oil and gas industry.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit permit applications for new oil and gas locations per ECMC regulations.
• Process amendments to permits and ensure timely, accurate updates.
• Lead pre-development meetings with internal and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain Best Management Practices and Conditions of Approval in tracking systems.
• Monitor and manage notifications related to pre-production operations compliance.
• Track permit status and maintain organized documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and inform internal stakeholders accordingly.
