The Position
We're looking to hire an Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy, with a proven track record of managing backlogs, defining scope, and writing clear user stories.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments, optimizing user journeys, checkout/booking flows, and driving conversion rates (experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, RESTful APIs), performance metrics, and backend integrations to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (onsite 2 days per week in Las Vegas) after an initial fully remote period.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

- Base Salary Range: $100K - $140k (actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
