CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Building Design Risk & Recovery Building Design & Engineering (GBDR BD&E). The candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones.
The role will be based in North America and will need to work in PT, MT, CT or ET time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.
Basic Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (required)> 7 years' experience in Building Management SystemsProficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project, etc)Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with construction specifications: strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Construction Program Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
